I see a lot of engagements, excited couples planning their weddings and then I get to share it with them when I take their photos. Every couple is different and so my job is always fresh and exciting. I love hearing news of couples who have decided to get married but I have to say it [...] I am very excited to announce my first Serendipity Photography Competition of the year! The reason for this competition is firstly because I am celebrating 2 years in the wonderful world of professional photography. It has been an amazing two years and I am still pinching myself that I get to do what I am most [...] Last Friday I had the privilege of heading back down south to St Albans to photograph Hewi and Sam’s special day. I always love doing jobs down south because it’s going “home” for me and St Albans has lots of happy memories for me. Hewi and Sam had a lovely ceremony in their church (Vineyard Church St [...] My job as a wedding photographer (based in Sheffield) takes me all over the country to lots of gorgeous venues. Last weekend I went up to Newcastle to photograph the wedding of Matt & Sophie Heap at Horton Grange in Ponteland. I have got to know Matt and Sophie through my cousins Ben & Mark. They have chosen to have their ceremony and reception at Ripley Castle and I went to meet them there to have a look around and chat more about the photos on their special day. Jen and Stuart got married at Dunstable Priory and then had their reception in a marquee back at Jen’s parents’ home.
